Fork-only Draft PR to validate upstream PythonRobotics AtsushiSakai#1461 against the upstream-based CI branch, not for merging into the fork.
The original index-unit correction now includes an additional end-to-end regression for the start-node key
-1collision:planning(1, 2, 1, 3)must reconstruct both the goal and the start.Validation target: Linux, macOS, Windows and CodeQL. This is CI-only; the actual contribution is AtsushiSakai#1461.
